WRF suggestions and solutions to

end the dangerous Crisis 

1. We all know that Ukraine was once a part of Soviet Union and it officially declared itself an independent country on 24 August 1991, when the communist Supreme Soviet (parliament) of Ukraine proclaimed that Ukraine would no longer follow the laws of USSR and only the laws of the Ukrainian SSR, de facto declaring Ukraine's independence from the Soviet Union. 

2. After becoming an independent state with full sovereignty Ukraine has the natural right to take any decision like joining NATO or elsewhere for the betterment of its future. At the same time any of the neighbors shall not be disturbed by its actions. In fact there is a definite point in the fear of Russia on Ukrainian joining the NATO as it may affect the sovereignty of Russia in any future. Therefore it must be assured that there would not be any kind of disturbances including wars towards Russia in any time by the NATO and the western world after having admitted Ukraine into NATO. This guarantee must be proclaimed with an open strengthened & signed document by the NATO leaders and witnessed assurance by all the present permanent and temporary security council members of UNO. 

3. In regard to Crimea which  also once the part of erstwhile Soviet Union and subsequently to Ukraine after its independence now under the control of Russia a final decision shall be arrived by the world community by recognizing it in favor of Russia on the basis of the following without dragging this issue forever. 
The Crimean status referendum of 2014 (a disputed referendum concerning the status of Crimea ) was held on March 16, 2014 in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the local government of Sevastopol (both subdivisions of Ukraine). The referendum was approved and held amidst Russia's annexation of Crimea. The referendum asked local populations whether they wanted to join Russia as a federal subject, or if they wanted to restore the 1992 Crimean constitution and Crimea's status as a part of Ukraine. The official result from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was a 97 percent vote for integration of the region into the Russian Federation with an 83 percent voter turnout, and within the local government of Sevastopol there was also a 97 percent vote for integration of the region into the Russian Federation with an 89 percent voter turnout.

4. The NATO and other countries shall withdraw all kinds economical sanctions on Russia due to its invasion on Ukraine after the complete withdrawal of its forces and leaving all the captured areas of Ukraine.

5. In conclusion Russia must stop the war immediately and leave the Ukraine with pre-war borders to Ukraine. It is unacceptable and heart breaking that the killing of innocent civilians and soldiers particularly the children, youths and women on whichever sides and the demolishing of billions of worth buildings and properties is definitely a nonsense affair whoever done these acts. 

6. President Putin is requested that he may not become another Adolf Hitler who was the cause and reason for the killing of crores of people due to his single man aspirations of pride, cruel selfishness and madness. Mostly this is always a mad world and nothing in the world is perfect and surely any of the individuals own interest either right or wrong could not be satisfied fully. So, Putin Sir please understand that you are not going to live for many hundred years or thousand years and it may be another few decades only as of every human being. Within this short span of time do only good things to Russia and the world so that to be memorable in the history on very great positive notes. Ukraine is only a small country when compared to Russia as the later is having 28 times bigger land area to that of former and the population is 3.5 times higher. Therefore some adjustments and tolerance may be considered and accepted for the goodness of the world to avoid any foolish wars which would drink bloods of innumerable living beings especially of human races with the complete spoiling of global economy. 

7. Finally Democracy is the highest order of civilization of humankind and every ruler of the world shall ensure this at the maximum and leave the habit of slavering the people and war mongering attitudes. Give stable peace and freedom to the world. Thank You All.
