World Countries must concentrate on the following urgent matters without further delay please
1. Finish at the earliest the practice of maximum Corruption and Bribery system in most of the government, pro -government and also in many private sector services. Those who were/are doing these anti-people service and activities could only be considered as another type of arrogant Thieves. Importantly refine the police force from the cruel harsh and money minded behavior into perfect humanitarian practices and very neutral towards regulating it people friendly against the present form as of dangerous one as in the general public perception in many countries.
2. Conduct general public elections wholly at the expense of government fund only but minimum expenditure using all the possible easy modes like medias and SMS as well with notice boards at important government offices and public places. The candidates in restricted numbers shall not be allowed to spend any money except the deposit amounts. It shall be the voters responsibility to find out the right candidates and must cast the votes. The huge illegal and immoral money spent in elections by the candidates and parties are the real effective major cause for the maximum corruption and bribery in many countries.
3. Allowing the possession of irrelevant huge properties exceeding the natural reality of the politicians, government employees of present and past and such others is not acceptable and perhaps wrong. Calculate the legal income and expenditure in addition to the assets prior to their entering of the service (like ancestral property) and verify with the remaining could be the possible assets. Excess valued properties if any have to be confiscated immediately. The affected persons if any may prove in the proper channels and can recover the confiscated assets. This methodology would certainly solve the maximum corruption and bribery in many countries and to leave the mind and habit of the same in the ensuing generations.
4. Ensure sufficient food, drinking water and shelter for all citizens. Till such a time avoid the unnecessary expensive constructions, grand celebrations and such other things for the sake of showing pride. There are very large famous monumental mega constructions of many hundred/ thousand years old are still in good conditions. They are not being replaced by new ones and perhaps it couldn’t be possible at all even with the present day high level advanced technologies. Already there are manifold surplus worship places all over the world from tiny ones to monstrous structures in small hamlets to cities. In fact majority of the old existing worship places are not being properly maintained and also not used for worship purpose and many are abandoned which lead to gradual natural as well as manly demolition. Therefore there is certainly no need for the constructions of new ones of the same with the huge expenses. That valuable money could very well be used for genuine important fundamental needs of the citizens. Probably the government exchequer is also very limited, insufficient and constraint in many countries. Private persons may do more humanitarian service than the creation of further more worship places for the sake of individuals pride and selfishness.
5. Avoid the hearing of counselling, directions and guidance from astrologers, so called saints/religious leaders and such others for taking decisions on new projects, development and celebration things. Many western countries have developed well in advance than other nations due to the guidance of scientists and intellectuals only and not of the religious based familiar fellows. For bad example -The religious monarchs had behaved very badly in the past world and even killed scientists and scholars by burning/cruel modes for having said the earth is sphere / round and other natural truths because of the directions of religious leaders at that time. Recent one notable example from the state of Tamilnadu in India – It is said that the former Chief Minister of that state with her close associates had many times engaged in expensive ritual pujas called yagam and it was also told that she took many decisions on the guidance and directions of few astrologers and religious persons. But what happened to her. She had not been guided for her necessary due health properly in time and herself failed to aware of it. And more painful thing is that except very few the whole of the state and also the Indian nation ever have the strong doubt to why, how and when she died exactly.
6. Religions and god belief system are certainly the good ones for those who believe these things. Because it give chance to ventilate the worries, difficulties and so many negative ones happening to them by simple prayers or multifarious worship methods which would also boost hope of future and self confidence level. This could very well be equated to psychological mind treatment and could receive the impact on the nervous and other body systems of human beings which shall be helpful in the process of healing the ailments if any or at the least protect from the easy catching of body disorders. But the same matters like personal worries, etc couldn’t be shared before any people to get timely mental remedy and in fact these things would be aggravated by fellow humans when shared to them and particularly they would be quickly broadcasted since most of the people are interested to talk and enjoy the matters of others only.
7. At the same time people should not be made to be immersed in the religious sentiments to the maximum time and level utilizing their innocence and more piousness by the vested interests like politicians and religious leaders for the sake of securing more votes in elections and other wrong things respectively. They must be made to think independently to take decisions on the basis of logic and science perceptions. It is better to leave the teaching of superstitious beliefs and keep the generations in prolonging foolish systems. Nowadays more news are always coming about the enormous immoral sex activities and crimes of saints or religious leaders from many countries. Therefore the governments and the citizens have to be very careful with these cheating tricky magic trained persons.
8. Every region, religion and race have many varied culture, tradition, language, food and life system. Let them be allowed to follow their own native things with necessary little modifications if necessary to maintain their identity. Many foolish fellows with the intellectuals blanket are advocating for the change of their individuality and exclusive identity. These idiots are seemed very much interested to infuse the culture of other part of the world noticeably the western which have many bad and dirty things and teachings as well as good ones.
9. Practice and promote democratic system in true proper sprit by decentralizing of powers upto lower level in different stages instead of centralizing of powers as authoritarian states. Give the people maximum liberty on freedom of speech, thought and expression. Truly this alone could give the most happy life and real feelings as of free independent knowledged persons with the meaning and reason to given birth on this earth and livingness as humanbeings irrelevant of financial status. Without real freedom let whatever be the big financial position whichever country they live could be half life only.
10. Ensure genuine fearless living conditions to the people belong to minorities and weaker sections. Atrocities like raping, killing, snatching of properties, ablaze of the living places, chasing away from their places, etc are happening in many countries around the world. Take strong actions to avoid any further recurrence. Avoid the prolonged protests of people/workers/farmers for a long time and resolve their grievances at the earliest by dialogues in suitable conducive ways but not force as dictator.
11. Spying of citizens by the governments or their agencies especially in democratic countries is an absurd and shameful activity. Must avoid. Decentralize the powers in stages to reach the last level independent village governance by the people representatives with the imposing of true democratic system.
12. Appointment of very important government posts like judges and Chief bureaucracies especially of the investigating organizations of the countries shall not be done by head of the government and politicians. This would surely pave way for the partiality and pro-government oriented due to the expectations of transfer to good and convenient places, early and easy promotions, smooth retirement with handful benefits and future entering into politics to get good posts. Definitely this could be considered as a bad system. Instead separate independent legal selection system shall be followed.
13. Do not permit the gathering of huge crowds whatever be the occasions hence to protect the environment of getting more polluted, from the possibilities of people catching and speeding of infectious deadliest contagious diseases like corona, etc. and also stampede deaths as well as severe injuries.
14. Modify the human living system as more natural oriented so that to minimize the hazards due to Climate Change. Teach the people to avoid unnecessary travel, limit the usage of 4/6 wheel vehicles for single person travel purpose unless necessary, replace petroleum vehicles by electric, minimize the packed food items instead more readily available cooked food, simple/ moderate life with limited usage of things, etc would be useful for controlling the escalation of climate change in addition to the modernizing and modifying of the industries and getting maximum energy from renewable energy sources. This would also be very helpful for the poor and developing nations with lesser economy. The author himself have invented a proved prototype model for the production of enormous cheapest, safest and eco-friendly electricity from sea waves, wind and solar all in one plant on seashore and been fighting at the High Court in India asking the government of India to set up a model plant for the same. (For more explanative details of the model - See the relevant motion visuals (YouTube) on the ‘Video' page of this website)
15. Provide sufficient toilet facility with water and maintenance support in all the places wherever necessary for humans especially at homes, institutions, work places and particularly at all floating places. This matter is an urgent important one as it is quiet natural and must and come next only after the most important food. The developing countries with huge crowded floating population in their town and cities must give sincere attention to this item. Good and quality roads are also as necessary as toilets.
16. Most importantly as we all know the delayed justice is undoubtedly the denied justice. Therefore allot maximum possible fund for providing more infrastructure to both public and persons in judiciary, create manifold courts with as much judges and employees as per the population. Also modernize the judicial system with IT revolution to render justice to the people in short durations since getting the timely justice is a fundamental right of a citizen and truly it is so necessary next only to basic amenities like food, water and shelter hence it could only give the real meaning to freedom.
INDIA – PAKISTAN DISPUTES AND SUGGESTIONS
Introduction
The conflict between India and Pakistan is a territorial dispute over the Kashmir region, primarily between India and Pakistan, with China also playing a role. This crisis could not be equated with any of the rest of the world problems hence the most complicated and dangerous one with the involvement of the three atomic powered (armed) neighboring countries with nearly 40% population of the world. Any untoward incident would spoil majority of the world by the higher possibility of gravest world war III. Only matter is which mad man would switch on an atomic missile at first. While the bulky rulers, politicians and their heirs have been enjoying all kinds of happiest life many poor ordinary citizens in services as warriors will always die with the post death titles – Martyrs.
Brief History :
It is a dispute over the region that escalated into three wars between India and Pakistan and several other armed skirmishes. India have approximately 55% of the land area of the region that includes Jammu, the Kashmir Valley, most of Ladakh, the Siachen Glacier, and 70% of its population; Pakistan controls approximately 35% of the land area that includes Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan; and China controls the remaining 20% of the land area that includes the Aksai Chin region, the mostly uninhabited Trans-Karakoram Tract, and part of the Demchok sector.
After independence on 1947 from the cruel and crooked former Britain who were/are the reason for the many border disputes, wars, chaos and the ongoing killing of unlimited number of people and soldiers in many parts of the world, Pakistan made various efforts to persuade the then Maharaja of Kashmir to join Pakistan. (It is requested to the heirs of the previous brutal ancestors to do the more helpful service to the present human race as a minimum remedy for the earlier innumerable inhuman activities).
Faced with the Maharaja's indecision on accession, the Muslim League agents clandestinely worked in Poonch to encourage the local Muslims to an armed revolt, exploiting an internal unrest regarding economic grievances. The authorities in Pakistani Punjab waged a 'private war' by obstructing supplies of fuel and essential commodities to the State. Later in September, Muslim League officials in the Northwest Frontier Province, including the Chief Minister Abdul Qayyum Khan, assisted and possibly organized a large-scale invasion of Kashmir by Pathan tribesmen. Several sources indicate that the plans were finalized on 12 September 1947 by the Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan, based on proposals prepared by Colonel Akbar Khan and Sardar Shaukat Hayat Khan. One plan called for organizing an armed insurgency in the western districts of the state and the other for organizing a Pushtoon tribal invasion. Both were set in motion.
The Jammu division of the state got caught up in the Partition violence. Large numbers of Hindus and Sikhs from Rawalpindi and Sialkot started arriving in March 1947, bringing "harrowing stories of Muslim atrocities. This provoked counter-violence on Jammu Muslims, which had "many parallels with that in Sialkot. A large number of Hindus as well as Muslims were killed by each other. Many Muslims fled to West Pakistan, some of whom made their way to the western districts of Poonch and Mirpur, which were undergoing rebellion. They took control of most of the western parts of the State by 22 October. On 24 October, they formed a provisional Azad Kashmir (free Kashmir) government based in Palandri.
Justice Mehr Chand Mahajan, the Maharaja's nominee for his next prime minister, visited Nehru and Patel in Delhi on 19 September 1947, requesting essential supplies which had been blockaded by Pakistan since the beginning of September. He communicated the Maharaja's willingness to accede to India.
The Maharaja's troops could not withstand the tribal militia attack in September and October 1947; they were heavily outnumbered and outgunned by the tribal militias, and were also facing internal rebellions from Muslim troops. The Maharaja made an urgent plea to Delhi for military assistance. Upon the Governor General Lord Mountbatten's insistence, India required the Maharaja to accede before it could send troops. Accordingly, the Maharaja signed an instrument of accession on 26 October 1947, which was accepted by the Governor General the next day.
While the Government of India accepted the accession as a secular state, it added the proviso that it would be submitted to a "reference to the people" after the state is cleared of the invaders, since "only the people, not the Maharaja, could decide where Kashmiris wanted to live."; it was a provisional accession. The largest political party, National Conference, headed by Sheikh Abdullah, endorsed the accession. In the words of the National Conference leader Syed Mir Qasim, India had the "legal" as well as "moral" justification to send in the army through the Maharaja's accession and the people's support of it.
The Indian troops, which were airlifted in the early hours of 27 October 1947, secured the Srinagar airport. The city of Srinagar was being patrolled by the National Conference volunteers with Hindus and Sikhs moving about freely among Muslims, an "incredible sight" to visiting journalists. The National Conference also worked with the Indian Army to secure the city. In these manners India have acceded Kashmir as part of the country.
Other important agreements :
Indus Valley Treaty between India and Pakistan signed on 19.9.1960 brokered by World Bank. While India get only 16% of Indus River water rest for Pakistan from this treaty. After 1965 and 1971 wars UN mediated Simla Agreement with Line of Control between India and Pakistan signed on 2 July 1972.
WRF Suggestions and Conclusion:
Nevertheless we must know that throughout the past history majority of the lands of the world at various regions and occasions were not acceded by many countries in full rights, proper authority and genuine ways. There were many invasions, wars, massacres, destruction and slavering of the native peoples with indescribable cruelties while capturing of lands and also fraudulent activities, tricks, and so many things.
Therefore these things shall not be allowed to happen henceforth continuously still now in this advanced, knowledgeable, scientific, modern world. It is requested that there shall be the maintenance of status quo in all parts of the world hereinafter whatever be the loss or gain to any side since many boundaries of as many countries were not defined and demarcated by the god or nature but wars, captures and accessions in various modes by the former humans.
Therefore all the differences in the present time shall be sorted out by dialogues using intelligence and tolerance only and definitely not by arms. Put an end to any further invasions, wars, etc for capturing and accessing of land from other parts which are away or next to its present borders. Another genuine reason have been that no country in such disputes with the possession of abundant heavy weapons would accept the change in its present status quo position.
If any one party attack the other there would be equal or more reciprocation and thus no salvation for the dispute occur but only the dead bodies of enormous human beings mostly the soldiers in varied numbers and the wastage of expensive firings of gun shots and other arms with large continuous very huge cracker sounds for a considerable period till the intervention of some international community with the damages to the properties and the constructions to many sides and make the nations at war more poorer.
One thing is certain that all kinds of costliest arms makers and sellers of the world would be the very happiest group which would definitely like this region as the most income earning place on this entire earth than any other single place for a very along period. Till such time they may play all tricks and tactics with the kinds of help and support dramas and also cunningly supplying arms to both the warring parties. They may not wish the conflict to end abruptly very quickly.
One general opinion – Disputes like this one may/shall be settled with many other valid points and arguments including the following suggestion. It may be considered possibly useful to arrive at a conclusion that the Ratio between the total land area and the amount of population of that particular country for the comparison with its other disputed nations. Here it is requested that it may not be taken as one sided suggestion since because the author belong to a particular nation. It is only a general broadminded perception for settling any border/land disputes of any part of the world.
Please understand and contribute the maximum share from every side which is surely required from this region for the maintenance of stable peace on the entire globe and the universe.
# In this context the recent activities of China and India on the strengthening of weapon force again along the eastern sector of LAC one after another have been worrying a lot. It is suggested to both countries to maintain the status quo position and do not engage with the activities of escalation towards foolish wars.
GLOBAL ISSUES
Water
Water is at the core of sustainable development and is critical for socio-economic development, energy and food production, healthy ecosystems and for human survival itself. Water is also at the heart of adaptation to climate change, serving as the crucial link between society and the environment.
Water is also a rights issue. As the global population grows, there is an increasing need to balance all of the competing commercial demands on water resources, so that communities have enough for their needs. In particular, women and girls must have access to clean, private sanitation facilities to manage menstruation and maternity in dignity and safety.
At the human level, water cannot be seen in isolation from sanitation. Together, they are vital for reducing the global burden of disease and improving the health, education and economic productivity of populations.
Water-related challenges
• 2.2 billion people lack access to safely managed drinking water services. (WHO/UNICEF 2019)
• Almost 2 billion people depend on health care facilities without basic water services (WHO/UNICEF 2020)
• Over half of the global population or 4.2 billion people lack safely managed sanitation services. (WHO/UNICEF 2019)
• 297,000 children under five die every year from diarrhoeal diseases due to poor sanitation, poor hygiene, or unsafe drinking water. (WHO/UNICEF 2019)
• 2 billion people live in countries experiencing high water stress. (UN 2019)
• 90 per cent of natural disasters are weather-related, including floods and droughts. (UNISDR)
• 80 per cent of wastewater flows back into the ecosystem without being treated or reused. (UNESCO, 2017)
• Around two-thirds of the world’s transboundary rivers do not have a cooperative management framework. (SIWI)
• Agriculture accounts for 70 per cent of global water withdrawal. (FAO)
The right to water
One of the most important recent milestones has been the recognition in July 2010 by the United Nations General Assembly of the human right to water and sanitation. The Assembly recognized the right of every human being to have access to enough water for personal and domestic uses, meaning between 50 and 100 litres of water per person per day. The water must be safe, acceptable and affordable. The water costs should not exceed 3 per cent of household income. Moreover, the water source has to be within 1,000 metres of the home and collection time should not exceed 30 minutes.
Water and the Sustainable Development Goals
Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 is to “Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all”. The targets cover all aspects of both the water cycle and sanitation systems, and their achievement is designed to contribute to progress across a range of other SDGs, most notably on health, education, economics and the environment.
The UN and Water
The United Nations has long been addressing the global crisis caused by insufficient water supply to satisfy basic human needs and growing demands on the world’s water resources to meet human, commercial and agricultural needs.
The United Nations Water Conference (1977), the International Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Decade (1981-1990), the International Conference on Water and the Environment (1992) and the Earth Summit (1992) — all focused on this vital resource.
The ‘Water for Life’ International Decade for Action 2005-2015 helped around 1.3 billion people in developing countries gain access to safe drinking water and drove progress on sanitation as part of the effort to meet the Millennium Development Goals.
Recent milestone agreements include the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the 2015-2030 Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, the 2015 Addis Ababa Action Agenda on Financing for Development, and the 2015 Paris Agreement within the UN Convention Framework on Climate Change.
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
Contaminated water and a lack of basic sanitation are undermining efforts to end extreme poverty and disease in the world’s poorest countries.
In 2017, 2 billion people worldwide did not have access to basic sanitation facilities such as toilets or latrines. 673 million people still practised open defecation. According to the WHO/UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme for Water Supply and Sanitation, at least 1.2 billion people worldwide are estimated to drink water that is not protected against contamination from faeces. Even more drink water, which is delivered through a system without adequate protection against sanitary hazards.
Unclean water and child mortality
Unclean water and poor sanitation are a leading cause of child mortality. Childhood diarrhoea is closely associated with insufficient water supply, inadequate sanitation, water contaminated with communicable disease agents, and poor hygiene practices. Diarrhoea is estimated to cause 1.5 million child deaths per year, mostly among children under five living in developing countries.
Improved sanitation and economic benefits
The links between lack of water and sanitation access and the development goals are clear, and the solutions to the problem are known and cost-effective. A 2012 WHO study shows that every US $1 invested in improved sanitation translates into an average global economic return of US $5.5. Those benefits are experienced specifically by poor children and in the disadvantaged communities that need them most.
Celebrating water resources
Every year, there are two UN international observances on water and sanitation: World Water Day, 22 March and World Toilet Day, 19 November. Each day is marked by a public campaign which is about raising awareness of the issues, focusing attention on a particular theme, and inspiring action.
The International Decade for Action, ‘Water for Sustainable Development,’ started on World Water Day, 22 March 2018, and will end on World Water Day, 22 March 2028.
The Decade is about accelerating efforts towards meeting water-related challenges, including limited access to safe water and sanitation, increasing pressure on water resources and ecosystems, and an exacerbated risk of droughts and floods.

Subject : DETAILD REMINDER TOWARDS THE TREATMENT OF COVID-19- Regarding
Reference : My previous letters to WHO dated 03.04.2020 and 07.04.2020.
Respected Sir,
I have had suggested Ethanol Vapor treatment for Covid-19 corona virus in my earlier letters to WHO. Since I found no response, reply or any news about the usage of Ethanol vapor for covid-19, I write this letter for further supporting of my request to protect the lives of huge population.
In fact I have suggested this methodology only from my own experience by self experiments. I have had used Ethanol vapor for my flu and common cold many times and got better recoveries since I did not receive the same from the applications of other medications including allopathy. So I strongly feel Ethanol vapor treatment could be useful not only for influenza and common cold viruses but also for other virus/bacterial/fungus infections in the respiratory system including Covid-19.
Firstly, COVID-19 and influenza viruses have a similar disease presentation. That is, they both cause respiratory disease, which presents as a wide range of illness from asymptomatic or mild through to severe disease and death. Secondly, both viruses are transmitted by contact, droplets and fomites.
As I mentioned in my previous letter, usage of Ethanol vapor is not a new one in the western medicine system. Inhalation of vapor obtained by nebulization of water and ethanol in oxygen has been used in treatment of pulmonary edema in humans. Alcohol vapor acts as an anti-foaming agent in the lungs, so the sputum becomes more liquid, and can be easily expelled. The method has also been used to reduce the alcohol withdrawal syndrome in patients who had intestinal tract surgeries.
Alcohol has been used as an antiseptic as early as 1363, with evidence to support its use becoming available in the late 1800s. It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the safest and most effective medicines needed in a health system.
Alcohols, in various forms, are used within medicine as an antiseptic, disinfectant, and antidote. Taken by mouth or injected into a vein, ethanol is used to treat methanol or ethylene glycol toxicity when fomepizole is not available.
A few of the other products that contain alcohol include certain formulations of Benadryl, Cheracol Plus, Dimetane, Donnatal, Geritol, Novahistine, Robitussin, Sominex, Triaminic, Tylenol and Vicks. Some remedies can contain up to 25 percent alcohol.
And also maximum of the Homeopathic medicines are prepared by diluting / saturating the required suitable substances into the Ethanol and are agitated several number of times to the need so that to produce the small tiny white ball medicines.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an important reservoir for bioactive natural products. TCM extraction methods by water decoction and wine tincture are an integral part of TCM and essential for their widely acknowledged efficacy. In a study of 6 common TCMs that are rich in chemistry to investigate whether the TCM extraction methods deliver molecules with drug-like physical chemical properties. Six TCM herbal materials were extracted by water, 95% ethanol, and sequential hexane, dichloromethane and methanol..................
In Ayurveda branch Asavas and Aristas are medicinal preparations made by soaking the drugs, either in coarse powder or in the form of decoction (kasaya), in a solution of sugar or jaggery, as the case may be, for a specified period of time, during which it undergoes a process of fermentation generating alcohol, thus facilitating the extraction of the active principles contained in the drugs. Alcohol, so generated, also serves as a preservative.
Till the recent past brandy/Rum had been made to drink by the in-home delivered women which was a regular practice as a post delivery pain reducing medicine.
Interestingly, liquors has been an item placed in the god worship pujas and rituals in some part of the world including few parts in south India. This might be due to the understanding by the ancestors about the importance of alcohol as a medicine, antiseptic, antidote, disinfectant, preservative, strong food, pain reliever, enthusiastic and entertaining drink and so on and totally a god’s natural gift.
Therefore I humbly proclaim that Ethanol is a UNIVERSAL REMEDY as it has already been being used for many medicine oriented purposes. It would be the easiest, simplest and cheapest treatment. Many small things have made wonders in the world history in many sectors. It is always not necessary to go behind only towards complicated procedures all the time in all cases and that too some like Plasma therapy, Hydroxychloquinine etc are in clinical trials alone and the success rate is yet to be established. And more over the plasma therapy could be expensive and not possible to many since one donor can give for six patients only.
Every human is known about alcohol and it is not a secret or bad thing to hide. In this very difficult world scenario I would even like to go the extent of requesting the WHO to recommend the usage of Ethanol vapor to individuals as a time being self medication for covid-19 symptoms till such a time vaccines / medicine are invented. It is stated that the vaccines for influenza viruses are being effective below 50% only and every year new vaccine has to be made due to the single strand influenza RNA virus has been modifying its structure often. So we cannot be 100% optimistic about the efficacy of the future vaccines for the same kind of single stranded RNA covid -19 corona virus. At any cost Covid-19 virus is going to survive in the world for a long time as other microorganisms. Till such a time considerable size of the population get the herd immunity it is necessary to minimize the mortality rate at the possible very low. For that purpose, I am confidant that Ethanol vapor treatment as a self medication and also in the hospitalization would be very useful one to the recovery and avoid spread. Ethanol vapor could be very effective in the earlier stages of covid-19 effects with symptoms and tested positive cases.
If the usage of ethanol vapor is allowed for self medication, a standardized size of 10/20 ml maximum concentrated ethanol bottles with the inscription ‘poison for consumption’ may be allowed for sale to adults as a trial measure so that to eradicate the maximum of the evil of covid-19 effects. Also the ethanol vapor treatment might be useful for other respiratory diseases due to various micro-organisms and might be to the future ones also.
In my self experiments approximately 10-15ml ethanol vapor gave the intoxicative effect of double the amount of liquor consumption (around 20- 25ml brandy) for a time duration of nearly half an hour only. Therefore we need not afraid of that temporary simple intoxication.
In this context I would like to suggest another one important thing to avoid the spread of covid-19 as well as other such infectious diseases. While most of the world people are right handed and as such most of the works are mainly done by right hand only. So hereafter it shall be advised to practice that the right hand must not be used to touch the face and its parts since ample chances for having touched the microorganisms from various places. If it is necessary for the of touching the face for any purpose, cleaned left hand alone to be used permanently. For the left handers it can be vice versa. Whenever two hands of self or other join, it shall properly be cleaned at once. If this behavior is practiced as a permanent life style many of the contagious diseases including covid-19 could be avoided little easily.
Sir, this might be the real time for many reformism with scientific and intellectual applications towards a healthy peaceful world. Hence it is humbly requested to the WHO to do the needful in this regard.
Kindly acknowledge and reply so that to support my interest and involvement in the public cause as I am in possession of many new innovative ideologies and inventions which would definitely be useful to the betterment of mankind. Thank you.
